Code of Conduct

The Spiral Symposium is a space for exploring VR hypnosis. Attending the event means agreeing to the expectations below. Staff may remove anyone from an instance who does not follow them.

Consent first

• Hypnosis must always be consensual. Never attempt to hypnotize, trigger, or "drop" someone who has not clearly agreed to it.
• Consent can be withdrawn at any time. "Stop" or "Red" means stop, immediately.
• Respect stated limits. If someone shares what they are not comfortable with, do not push past it.

Respect everyone

• Don't harass people.
• Keep panels and common rooms welcoming to newcomers and experienced attendees alike.
• Do not record or screenshot other attendees without their permission.

Privacy and safety

• Treat anything personal shared during the event as private. Do not repost it.
• Presenters chose what to share publicly. Respect that boundary and do not pressure anyone to go further on the spot.
• If you feel unsafe or witness a problem, contact a staffer right away.

This event and its content are intended for adults. By attending you confirm you are at least 18 years old. All events and panels under the Mind Magic Hypnotics group will be 18+ gated in VRChat.
