How to Attend

ComfyCon runs inside VRChat. There is no automated sign-up or queue. Joining is coordinated by hand, so this page tells you exactly how to get in.

1. Check the schedule

Open the schedule and pick the panels you want to catch. Times are shown in UTC by default. Use the timezone selector to convert them to your local time. Panels run on a fixed schedule, so arrive a few minutes early; once a session starts it runs straight through.

2. Find the room

Each panel lists the room it plays in. We run a series of VRChat instances rather than one giant world, so check the room name on the schedule or the panel page. When a world link is available it appears on the panel page as an "Open world" button.

3. Coordinate on Discord

Because there is no VRChat API integration, instance links and last-minute changes are shared through this website. Updates will happen in real time, if needed. Staff will be on hand to point you to the right room.

Good to know

• Instances are capped, and attendance is expected to stay under 100. If a room is full, subsequent worlds will be opened under the Mind Magic Hypnotics banner.
• Some panels are presented live in-world; others play as a video. Many include a live Q&A or discussion in the instance either way.
• Please read the code of conduct before attending.
